These Terms of Use (Terms) are entered into by and between you and Katmai Air, LLC (we or us), who operates Mission Lodge.  The following terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of missionlodge.com/ (Website), including any content, functionality and services offered through our Website.  Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use our Website.  By using our Website, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms.  If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Website.

We reserve the right to withdraw or update our Website, and any service or material we provide on our Website, in our sole discretion without notice.  We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of our Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.  You are responsible in ensuring that all persons who access our Website through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them.
